In the Nut House
We have been busy....We have been going a bit crazy....We have been a bit nutty lately....
*visiting with family and friends (my best friend was in town from Illinois, my families for Thanksgiving, meeting friends)
*shopping (great Black Friday deals and some Cyber Monday deals too. I officially only have stocking stuffers, 2 small gifts for my in-laws, 2 grab bag gifts and pick out my husbands gift and I am done. YAY. WOOP!)
* wrapping gifts (I have gotten a small chunk done. Lots more to go!)
*decorating our house for Christmas (pics to come in another post but we got a REAL tree that I am so super excited about. And my house smells good)
*working (4 ten hour days a week plus over time because I am clearly insane)
*dealing with 2 kids with coughs still. I am hoping Charlie's is not turning into anything serious. And teething (Damn things have not broken through for either child)
*rearranging furniture & toys to make room for all the decorations & all the new things Santa will drop down the chimney (Santa might be bringing some pretty big things we have to make room for)
*party planning and attending (I am hosting a Christmas party, attending another one, going to an Oral B party, have another Christmas exchange party)
*picture taking (Pictures for cards done and ordered but still need lots more pics!)
*craft making (New wreaths this year and a swag)
*cookie making (To benefit my brother's co-worker. I have yet to start holiday baking...gah!)
*family time (Christmas movies with the kids. Crafts with Dom. Baking with Dom. Lots of trains, coloring and little people going on with Logan and Charlotte. And trying to spend time with my husband because dates nights are very few and far between. BUT I hired a sitter for Christmas break so we can have a date night. I could not tell you the last time we went to a movie. Maybe 3 years ago?! Oy!)
And with that all said....I am off to bed. (No, I did not meant to make that rhyme. It's just a bonus for you, ha!)

Saturday Top Five Laughs
There is no link up this week for Melissa at The Mommyhood Chronicles but I decided to share my laughs anyway!
5. When Charlie eats puffs or Cheerios and we take her out of her high chair, we play How many are sticking to her butt game.
4. Charlie is getting into things a lot lately. When Logan is trying to color on the floor, she crawls over and eats the paper. This makes Logan pretty upset. "No baby. Mine. No eat paypah. My colah."
3. Logan was trying to find one of his toys. He was spinning in circles "I not fine it."
2. Logan will grab his coloring books and bring them over to us. "Muma, yets do homewahk."
1. The dentist told Dom that he had hair like Justin Bieber. Dom rolled his eyes and said "Nah, its just long because I do not like to get cold in the winter. Its my hair coat. I do not like Justin Bieber. I mean, I do like his music but not his hair." (ha, hair coat. kid kills me!)
I hope everyone has a great weekend. I am off to clean, pick out our Christmas tree, grocery shop and then finally decorate for Christmas! Christmas photo's tomorrow of the kids. I can hardly wait!!
