A night out with friends can be all you need to turn around a funk that you have been in.
I have written before about having found some awesome twitter/mommy bloggers that have become IRL friends. We united again for a Mommy night out without our kids. It was a much needed night out. To talk. To laugh. To share stories. Above is a picture of Amy, Steph, Dina, Stef and yours truly during our dinner. Yummy, fun, relaxing, laughing till my sides hurt...Dinner!
These girls are pretty awesome. We met at Saga for a hibachi dinner. Then headed out to the parking lot to chat for a bit. And by for a bit, I mean, we talked for over an HOUR AND A HALF! We saw a couple families enter the restaurant and then return to their cars. One couple even commented on how we had been standing there before they went in for dinner, haha!
We always have a great time with our kids or without!
Next up: craft night! So we can SIT and talk for hours!
